Audrey Martinez was wonderful. My husband is executor for his father's estate. He left property that was not seen by any family members for many years. She was able to sell the property at a good price. We are out of state and she helped us through all of the necessary paperwork that had to be done, and even found us a lawyer in the area. Penny was a great real estate agent. She never gave up even though this house seem like it was never going to sell. When I was ready to throw in the towel and give it back to the bank, she assured me that it was going to sell and not to give it back to the reverse mortgage company. She is very strong but kind person one that I will stay friends with even though the sale is final.
