North River Landing Apartments

I have an excellent experience living in this apartment. The place is clean, modern and very well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room is spacious and bright, and the view from the balcony is spectacular. The location is perfect: close to supermarkets, public transport, restaurants and green areas. Besides, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The owner (or management) was always very attentive and resolved any problems quickly. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, good location and a pleasant atmosphere.

I moved to North River Landing in the summer of 2023, shortly after the property underwent changes in ownership and management. Those changes were definitely for the better. I couldn’t have asked for a better apartment experience. North River Landing is affordable, clean, quiet, and in a convenient location. They have continued to update both the units and common areas, which made the community feel well cared for. I always felt safe walking my dog at any time of the day, and the neighborhood has a welcoming mix of people. Management also organizes seasonal events like trick or treat and a summer gathering, which helped build a sense of community. I’d definitely say that you get a lot for what you pay for. These are definitely on the cheaper side but they are super cute. We have an updated apartment and so far it’s been great. The size is amazing. The pool is beautiful. And a decent gym. I often see lawn care showing they take pride in making the community look nice. The only negative is you can’t pick your neighbors and if you don’t smoke you might get stuck living next to a chain smoker and it will seep through the walls. I feel like it would be smart to put smokers all in the same building. If we knew we would’ve been living next to smokers we wouldn’t have moved in since we have a baby and they said they can’t do anything about that and said we should get an air purifier lol. So other than lacking the care of putting non smokers

This is not recommended, / if you leave before the contract you must pay more than 3 k, The air conditioning fails quite often not hot and cold, it’s the worst, and in case they are very expensive, Terrible maintenance service, old and useless washing machines, it takes more than a month to fix something I don’t recommend it

I enjoy the atmosphere. They are doing some upgrades to the apartments. The new gazebo added by the pool side is beautiful and relaxing. Great job North River landing apartments 🤩I will add that I hear “other apartment complexes, give incentives for on-time rent, payers, hint, hint 😂😂” just a 🤔
