My experience with Juanita was wonderful!! She is such a patient realtor. She learns what your housing preferences are and listens intently. She doesn’t push to sell homes; she genuinely cares deeply for her clients. They are family to her! Not only did she walk us through buying and selling 1 home but 2! And then during the buying process she gave us great advice as to how to win the final offer, as there were other people putting offers on the house we wanted. She knows her stuff and does it so calmly! I’m so very grateful to have had Juanita on our house selling/buying team!!!

The realtor that we had would not communicate the information to all parties involved and then all communication just eventually stopped. The key box with the key and sign were removed and the realtor gave it to the other party involved who doesn’t live at the property. I definitely do not recommend using this company. The amount of stress with lack of communication and planning is unbelievable.

We were very happy with Juanita and her team at Berkshire. We have used Juanita on a few home purchases and we can say from the very 1st home we looked at to the 3rd home we have bought/sold, the service has been nothing but exceptional! She was always two steps ahead and we could definitely see the value of using a realtor in any home purchases or home sale. We didn't feel like the proccess was transactional, we felt like she was buying the home with us and cared about what our needs/wants were. We have recommended Juanita and her team to our friends and family and we will continue to do so!
