NOT SAFE. Sketchy tenants, neighborhood had a shooting recently, and Owners will also trespass in your space without consent or notice. DO NOT move here if you’re a single female or elder. You will not feel safe. Here is a photo of an example of tenets they accept. Came home late in the evening to find a random passed out intoxicated person…
