Amazing staff that all go the extra mile to help you. We have had 3 different closings here and all 3 were easy to accomplish. Angie was especially great at getting all the paperwork completed for the closings mentioned above and she also helped me with another real estate issue which required many different iterations of the final document. We have another closing in the future and we will continue to use their services. Highly recommend.

Eloise, the owner was extremely rude. I bought her business this time, as a favor she worked more on the behalf of the realtor that I bought, did not communicate with me, told me what she wasn’t going to do and I paid her. I did business with her two years and she was shady then, as I discovered over one year after closing on my property the property appraisal informed me that she had not recorded my deed, yet, she was paid to do this then claimed she forgot.Also, pay attention to the charges she includes in HUD Settlement Statements as they are everywhere. She threatened to walk out my closing because U wouldn’t sign an affidavit that was I wasn’t notified about prior to closing. Very conveniently located and kind. We had our whole family in the office and our realtor so we were noisy but they were helpful and knowledgeable throughout our whole closing process.

Awful experience. Rude on the phone. Waited 3 weeks for title work called to ask about and was treated so rudely that we went elsewhere. They got the work done in less than a week when this company had 3 weeks and nothing got done. -10/10 would not recommend.
