They are crooks!! them and the maintenance man are working together!! to not only ignore the things that need to be fixed and taken care of, but also to find ways to make you pay for what they should’ve already replaced. The apartments are extremely hot! The AC units are only there for decoration. They never cool anything and if you want to use your gas stove during the summer. You you’re better off cooking outside. And at the end of your lease they’ll make sure they find every reason not to refund your deposit. The maintenance guy lied and said I left a tree in the apartment and charged me a clean up fee. In fact the tree he disposed of was a tree that goes on your work desk. I had to clean the apartment when I moved in, and they still charged me for blinds they never fixed. As I moved ou

I would highly recommend renting here. Apartments are upgraded love the new upgraded bathrooms and the new upgraded lights. Awesome management group.

The living conditions are very nice, the landlord is good, and the overall experience is amazing, with very helpful and kind support. The new owner have really made this a good place to live for any family

maintenance man tries to barge in on minors when parents aren't home witnessed firsthand but besides that it's a nice quiet place if you can stand the rats and the Cockroaches and the gas bill that they keep trying to raise every month

I can’t believe how this place has turned around from what it used to be! Office staff is friendly and helpful and the renovations are such a nice touch!
