STAY AWAY! After a two alarm fire in our building, carport destroyed, four apartments destroyed, no heat, no water (or hot water) in -7 degrees. We're expected to pay rent even though our entire building was uninhabitable for two weeks (for some, its still not habitable, no heat or hot water). For the people who have heat restored -- we were given less parking spots than there are residents, so we are all searching for parking daily (but still have to pay the full parking fee). I’m really frustrated that we haven’t been able to come to an agreement regarding rent abatement. From my perspective, paying full rent under these circumstances feels unfair, its also illegal. I’ve been living at View on Nob Hill for just over 3 years, as of September. I LOVE my apartment. I’m literally on the hill at the very top and enjoy a beautiful wooded area when I walk out my front door. The staff here is wonderful. The maintenance team is on a first name basis with me. I have great neighbors in my building as well. For me and my daughter, this is a wonderful place to live!

I’ve been living here with my husband and child for 4 years and Edward he was the most helpful person. I need assistance with my lease terms. He followed back up with me right away and advised me with a better option and offer he truly is a god sent thank you Edward for all your help!!!!!!!!

If you want cleanliness and peace this is NOT the place to go. I only gave 1 star because I can't do anything less otherwise I wouldn't even give it that. I was asked why I was paying the fee to move out before my lease and I gave the reasons with no response afterwards. 1. The parking is a disaster. Half of the visitors spots are being taken up by the residents so they don't have to pay the $60 a month fee. Underneath the car ports the ceiling is constantly falling down due to leaks and other things not being handled. 2. There is a real pest problem and instead of treating the WHOLE property to fix the issue they only treat single units. That is also only if you say something. 3. At Nob Hill apartments, my experience was absolutely terrible. I was paraded with a bunch of questions on the phone by a young lady, who had an issue with me asking about affordable apartments. I asked if there was a waitlist and she told me no list. I proceeded to go on a tour with Nick who apparently was “spooked” at the fact that I wanted my mom to come out the car and tour the apartment with me. Because of his objection, I told her stay in the car. I also proceeded to tell him I’ve toured all communities all over the county, and no one has ever objected at MY MOTHER being with me. For transparency, I am African American Spanish mixed I do whole heartedly feel the interaction was racist, and discriminatory. I only asked for the affordable option to see the reaction I would get because
