C.A.T.S. Home Inspection School - White Plains

I had a very positive experience. All the instructors were knowledgable in the field and had enthusiasm at each class. The mock inspections were thorough and the instructors were able to build rapport with each student and made themselves available to review and show how to inspect each section. I also found that there was a lot of camaraderie among the students and many shared from their own experience.

I can't think of one single way this class could be improved. The instructors real world experiences shared with the students is priceless. It was the perfect balance of classroom study and in the field mock inspections. I plan to continue visiting the class from time to time and continue some mock inspections to sharpen my skills even more. Made some great friends who I will stay in touch with.

The pace of the class seemed to be more realistic than other schools that I was looking at (other schools pushed you through in a couple of weeks). I passed the state exam without any issues and I feel confident going out and starting my own business. I would highly recommend C.A.T.S. home inspection school.

I had a great experience with this class. I didn't know the difference between a philips and a flat head prior to joining (joking). Tom and Pete far exceeded my expectations. Glad I chose to attend cats home inspection school. I learned so much during this course and even more hands on at the mock inspections. I have guidance from an incredible inspector Tom Leonard. He is very experienced and super knowledgeable. As long as you listen to him you will do well.
