Nisqually Ridge Apartments

This is probably one of my best.Apartments I lived at far as the quitness and the peace I get with this place.. management and maintenance. Here, it's been real good.

Christy is a really amazing and very professional. When the wife and I moved from Tampa, FL. into the Lacey area. She was extremely helpful and notified us of any paperwork that needed to be done for signing as new tenants for a 3 Bedroom apartment. Johnny who's the maintenance supervisor did an extremely great job getting the apartment ready, ensuring that everything was clean, painted and up to code. The apartment complex is a clean and welcoming environment with plenty to do in the Lacey/Olympia area. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment to stop into the Leasing Office and speak to Christy or call for a walk through of the grounds.

We have lived here for almost 7 years and have enjoyed the feeling of living in a smaller complex. We are set back off the main road which keeps the noise level down, but we are close to shopping and other necessities. The grounds are kept up nicely.There is a small workout room with brand new equipment. The manager is very friendly and takes into consideration any concerns you may have. Things that need to be taken care of in our unit are done in a very timely manner. In just the short amount of time that Christine and Jonathon have been here we have seen positive changes for the better. Kevin and Debbie Irvin

Recently moved into a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment here at Nisqually ridge. Let me say that Christy has been an amazing person to work with and she’s helped us in so many ways to make this move happen for us and as easy as possible. Our puppy loves taking walks around the grounds super quiet and clean. They have doggy bag and trash stations all around very helpful. Parking is good lots of options for covered areas other wise first come first serve. Hasn’t been an issue. They offer garages which we have and love for our third car and with extra space for storage. Big rooms very spacious and light with lots of windows. Mail boxes easy to access. Small play ground for kids and a nice grass areas with bbq and undercover for us to use. Probably the only thing my family could ask for is a pool but

The manager is nice and the apartments are decent, but the company that owns the complex charges outrageous fees at move-out. I lost my entire security deposit AND was charged an extra $104 DESPITE my family and I cleaning the apartment all day. I was a model resident for two years and it didn’t matter at all, apparently. It is embarrassing how the landlords are trying to make a few extra dishonest bucks off their tenants. I would avoid Nisqually Ridge unless you have nowhere else to go, and if you do move in here, plan on losing your deposit and a few dollars extra.
