Let me start this review off by saying the (current) staff at Niche from the leasing team to maintenance team were extremely kind, helpful, and prompt with any assistance that you needed. Unfortunately the apartment complex itself was the worst complex I have ever lived in. For starters it's basically a college dorm. Loud, obnoxious, the public bathrooms consistently destroyed, beer cans left all over the hallways every weekend, everything you can expect a college dorm to be. Good luck going to the pool in the spring/summer because people bring 10+ friends to the pool with no questioning. If you expect any sort of peace and quiet here you will NOT get it. EVERYTHING and I mean everything travels through the walls, ceilings, doors, it doesn't matter. We definitely had a louder than normal
