Nexus Smart Communities - HOA & Community Property Management

I strongly caution any HOA considering this management company. Their level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Communication is inconsistent, emails are ignored, and important matters are handled without proper notice or explanation. Our experience with the owner is that he’s very unprofessional, and will only respond when legal action is threatened. Even more concerning is the lack of ethical business practices. There is little transparency, and decisions impacting homeowners’ accounts appear to be handled carelessly. A property management company should operate with fairness, honesty, and clear communication. this company does not meet those basic standards

Highly recommend this Property management company! Clear and timely communication, problem-solving, tech savvy, and professional HONEST! Our community just transferred to Nexus a few months ago. Our previous Property management was a mess. Board of directors had to make a tough decision to change the property management. We are happy that we found Nexus!
