Nexton by Pulte Homes

My brother and cousin both purchased homes in Nexton, Summerville. Honestly, extremely poor service. I was looking into building a home in Nexton, but will never build with Pulte. Within the first week, one of our 2 houses had a door lock that didn’t work. The second house had the food floor cracking, splits sticking out etc. when we called to inform them, no one came to check. When they called for follow up, my brother was told that they must have spilled water on the floor. He’s a single guy with no kids or anyone to mess up anything. How does that happen to a brand new house within 2 weeks? And their response speaks volumes about their crappy customer service. About 1.4 million$ later for two 2300 sq ft size houses, both of their experiences have been poor. I would suggest look anywhere

all about sales. Their construction crews are awful leaving debris to blow into neighbor’s lawns and working outside the allowed times. They don’t care if they leave nails everywhere and your tires get punctured. Their office is unhelpful and Megan Gold (not sure of spelling) is just rude. Take accountability! A

We are very satisfied with the community and the quality of the Pulte home that we had built in Nexton Midtown. The Pulte customer service reps that we have dealt with have all been extremely professional and pleasant to correspond with. They quickly handled the few small issues we had to our satisfaction. We have found them to be a very responsive company to deal with. So far, our experience with Nexton and Pulte builders has been a positive one.

We visited several communities and went through multiple floorplans by other builders, but nothing clicked like Pulte and Nexton. Meghan and Ryan were very professional and made the entire process really smooth. The Midtown is a top-notch community with beautiful homes, great amenities, and conveniently close to all the businesses and the interstate.

Builder with the worst reputation in Nexton. just look at the neighborhood pages and you’ll see complaint after complaint. Good luck getting them to honor warranties. They talk up their warranty and leave their customers hanging. Ask them why they don’t allow an inspector named Bob! Pulte crews drive over lawns and then the sales office doesn’t care to fix issues caused by their own construction crews. Meghan Golde is extremely disrespectful and talks down to people. There’s many other builders around here, save yourself time and frustration.
