Steve Dominguez is a GREAT communicator! He does not allow a lapse in time to answer questions that you may have or communicate the requirements of another party. He follows up and ensures a smooth process. Steve makes himself available outside of standard business hours and responds to email and voicemail as soon as possible. He was always very responsive to any questions or concerns we had purchasing our new home. We plan on working with him again in the future. My husband and I recommend him wholeheartedly and without reservation. Steve's experience helps his clients prepare for issues they had not anticipated.
