Worst lender that I've worked with. Terrible communication and we've had to extend closing multiple times because they can't get their act together. I work in real estate so I've worked with hundreds of lenders on different transactions and this is the 2nd worst I've experienced in my career.

Our team had a great experience with New Wave. As brokers, we have the ability to take our business to multiple banks and I am grateful to have taken our loan to New Wave. Our AE, Queenie was amazing. We had taken this file to other banks, but the only one who was able to make it happen was Queenie. I truly appreciate how responsive she was throughout the entire process and always pushing our file forward. Our team is very grateful for the guidance, communicate and dedication taken to get our file to the finish line.

Working with New Wave Lending is one of the best experience that you can have when you are dealing with the lender. Their streamline process and fast respond from the account manager when you run into issues are hard to find. Not to mention their competitive pricing on the rate. I will give two thumbs up to Eva and Jane who helped me on several loans to make sure we can closed them on time despite how challenge the scenarios were.

Her efforts have been truly invaluable to me and my team. She is the best AE I have ever met; nobody matches her professionalism or expertise.
