Chase Mortgage

Came in with my husband who is a customer. Needed to use the restroom very bad. They said “no public restrooms, I’m sorry. There’s a gas station or Starbucks nearby”. Made it to the gas station just barely. I know it’s not their job to provide a bathroom to anyone but I also know they aren’t janitorial. I’m not below them and I felt like they didn’t think I was married to my husband (the customer) because we aren’t the same ethnicity. I’m not one to accuse people of being racist at all but the body language that the greeter gave while I was walking out the door after my husband handed me his keys was shock. Yes. That’s right, you can’t take back your judgement after you say something. So I guess there’s no restrooms for customers either.
