Philip did my house inspection and honestly he was awesome. Super easy to talk to, explained stuff in a way that made sense and didn’t rush through anything. He caught a bunch of little things I never would’ve noticed and gave me good advice on what’s important and what’s just normal wear and tear. He was on time, professional but also just a really nice guy to deal with. The whole process was way less stressful than I thought it would be. Definitely recommend Philip if you need an inspection.
