Neal Communities

Neil Homes/Communities does NOT do the right thing. Their warranty department has not and will not repair a molded out, rusted, high humidity HVAC system. They refuse to repair broken Tresses in the attic. They do NOT do the “RIGHT THING”.

I am a Neil homeowner of nine years. In the last several days, I’ve been attempting to get a hold of a person in the warranty department. No one answers the phone at any time of day. I am directed to voicemail. Just before this review, I attempted to contact any human in sales and even an operator. Every time I am directed to voicemail. How is it possible to do business when you can’t reach anybody? Not acceptable and reflects poorly on the product.

Visited the Neal Communities model homes and we were both impressed with the quality of the homes we saw - as a matter of fact, we bought on August 22nd.

We were purchasing a spec home, wired $10K over 2 weeks ago. Had our attorney review the contract and he advised against signing it. We decided not to move forward and requested our $10,000 back. It has fallen of deaf ears. They did call to offer us an additional $30K off. No, we want our $10K back which wasn't a deposit. We never signed the contract. They tried to push us into signing....thank God we didn't. Now that they have our our $$ that we want to move forward with another builder, no one returns our calls. Run, don't walk from this builder and their communities.
