My mother lives there and she is extremely happy there. She has no complaints.
I love my beautiful apartment community at Myrtle Oaks Apartments! We have a loving and caring management staff and a the very best maintenance guy anybody could ask for! Our buiding is beautiful, we have several activities we can take part in, we have a van that will take us grocery shopping twice a week and to field trips to different places that gets planned with the residents and management staff!
New management is aweful. They are trying to run these apts like a nursing home. Now saying you cant put up Christmas decorations. My mother has been there for 3 yrs and never been told that. Manager before these new ones put up Christmas decorations in the lobby and a tree. I think it's the new manager religion not to decorate. Its illegal to push your personal beliefs on ppl.
I'm in need of an income based apt by March 15
