Someone back into or drove into a shed the manger had in the middle of the complex and wanted it hauled away which I loaded and hauled away it longer than expected due to weather and vehicle mechanical issues but got it loaded and removed off the property manger pretty nice dude his son very helpful and just seemed to be a good guy

I wouldn't advise anyone to live here. There was a dead racoon on the property, I told management 3 times about but they refused to pick it up. I called humane society and the city for help but since it is on private property they can't do anything. The manager is very unprofessional and did not care. The animal was smelling and flies and bee's all over it only 2 feet from someone's car. I just could not believe it , made me cry how much people just don't care anymore! This is a bad place!

I have had my ups and downs with this complex but in the end i am happy with everything. I am going on my 3rd year renting and recently upgraded from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. The transition was easy and the office manager Jerrell made it really easy to transfer. I found as long as i communicate with the leasing office with any issues or concerns, it gets handled promptly and professionally.

Good luck sleeping passed 7am. Downstairs neighbors play music so loud it rattles stuff off my coffee table. The "maintenance" crew is pulling the siding off of our building during quite hours. The roaches and black mold are fun though. A neighbor had their vehicle busted up for calling the cops so the property management had the car towed at the owner's expense. Expect to pay at least $150 a month over your rent for their renovations (they claim it's for building utilities but we don't even have a camera on the building or AC for the summer). I am afraid of retaliation for this post.

This place is horrible, jerrell is the main reason for this place being the worse apartment I've lived in. He will lie to you about everything, he can't do his job as a manager. And good luck getting your deposit back he will make up whatever to make sure you get nothing back. The owner Greg doesn't even know what happens in his own property, the office isn't open ever! when it is for the 1-3 days a week there Is a waiting line.
