The maintenance manager Sergio was Great he came in fixed my dishwasher and faucet handle, I put in a request with the app which was easy to use and spoke to Sierra the community manager, she got on it. I’ve moved here in February my experience since new management Sequoia has been Great! Nice units, good space in the bedrooms, very happy tenants!

The have been residing at Muir wood for over 35 years and this management team has been the best of them all. Sierra is the manager and Diamond is her assistant. They have been great in responding to my needs and I really appreciate that. The amenities have been great and the the laundry room is very convenient. Thank you for your great work. Love living here management is really cool when I was struggling with a place to live they I went in the office asked him if they had any vacancy. She told me yes and she approved me in 15 minutes and I was moved in within a month service is really good. The people in the office are really good. Maintenance is really good and I approve. Living at Muirwood Apartments has been a truly great experience, thanks in large part to the incredible staff – especially Ms.Diamond J. and Ms. Sierra M. I recently had a situation where my groceries were delivered and mistakenly left outside. Another resident noticed and informed Diamond. Not only did she take the time to call me to let me know, but she personally brought the items to my doorstep. That level of care and attention is rare and so appreciated. Diamond truly goes above and beyond for the residents here! Sierra is also a huge asset to the team. I have lived here for 25 years and it has been a wonderful place to raise kids. The city has so much for the kids to do, JohnSwett is the school that they will attend and schools are great. We are close to everything and it is safe. We have a new management company now and Sierra and Diamond are very nice and have stepped in and have done a wonderful job. Kenny and Tony are very hard working staff that keeps are place looking wonderful. We also have wonderful neighbors and we all help each other out. My only request is I wish the pool was a little bit warmer during winter.
