This is my second time buying a home, and the experience with this builder was excellent—far better than my first home purchase. The negotiation process was very fair, and the entire transaction felt transparent and professional. The quality of the construction is great, and communication throughout the process was great. They were always responsive and took the time to answer my questions about the home, the materials used, and the financial aspects of the purchase. After the home was completed, they gave me multiple opportunities to visit and inspect it, address any concerns, and make sure everything was taken care of and fixed before closing. At closing, they walked me through the entire house—showing me how the smart devices work, explaining the appliances, and answering any remaining

Their warranty process is extremely poor. They are completely unresponsive. So, if you’re considering buying the house, please keep in mind whether warranty is important to you. Regarding the house’s construction, the floors started making squeaky noises after the first month of purchase. Getting any warranty items to be fixed requires multiple attempts to reach them. Once you do reach them, scheduling an appointment for the fix is also a hassle. Back in February, Dave from the management team promised to visit the house to fix the issue in a month. However, I recently found out that he left without leaving any notes about what was supposed to be fixed as part of the one-year warranty. UPDATE: The company finally resolved the warranty issue exactly two years after we got the home. The flooring issues are 95% gone on the lower floor and are completely gone on the upper floor. Huge shoutout to Larry, Ethan, William and team for turning the story around! They went above and beyond the warranty items. E.g. they fixed the door stoppers on all doors although that wasn't in the warranty list. They were also very efficient and thorough, Larry deserves a raise! After two years of living with a squeaky home, it feels awesome to walk without worrying about noise! Also thanks to Dante for finally getting the ball rolling on the warranty items. We purchased a $1.7m home 2 years ago. This company has been shady and not responsive the entire warranty process. Other reviews indicate this also, as well as the fact that all my neighbors in this community have had the same experience. Months go by without response to emails, we have to follow up and badger them constantly. The laundry light didn’t work for MONTHS within move in to a NEW BUILD. we had to ask repeatedly. All of this should have resolved a year ago, but nope- expensive repairs remain and they’re clearly trying run out the time. I would not purchase from this company again as they have been consistently shady and clearly do not warranty their homes or product. they just want your money and to move on. After that good luck. It’s been an absolute headache.
