Morada Crossings

Ants infested everywhere. Do NOT rent here!!! My boyfriend is a doctor who recently moved here as it is close to his work. This is what we have been dealing with since he moved in here. Due to the nature of his work, he can’t have his cell phone on him during normal business hours so I have tried to call and submit requests on his behalf but I am always told because I’m on the lease they can’t speak with me. He has tried to email them and today he tried calling the office and spoke with a female named Alex. He tried to explain to Alex that we have been trying to reach out to get pest control involved and had given permission for them to come inside and just do it on the work order. I am highly allergic to insect bites/stings and was bitten by something today. Rather than address the issue,

Lasana is a great representation of what the Morada Crossings community is all/should be about. He profoundly exemplifies professionalism, community, leadership, CARE, ownership, and integrity. With all odds he ensures the grounds are consistently maintained and a sight of cleanliness. His ability to communicate professionally with a variety of people from all backgrounds is an attribute to his well rounded abilities. This is someone who should be (if not already) in management, or at least rewarded significant annual bonuses. His work definitely positively impacts tenant retention and satisfaction, making him a KEY ASSET to the Morada crossings team and business success.

Lasana from APM is always a pleasure to run into. Went out of his way to track me down to return my debit card that fell out of my wallet. He’s also fixed a few things within my studio with a great attitude. I couldn’t ask for a better team here to improve my living experience

I have been living here for a few months now and have no complaints so far. It’s quiet and the amenities are nice. The maintenance team here is the great, but want to give a special shout out to Lasana for always going above and beyond to keep the complex looking nice. You will always find him busy. Power washing our walking areas on all 3 floors, cleaning up after other people and their dogs, breaking down boxes - just all the things that make him top notch!

I’ve been living here for almost two years. In the beginning, everything seemed great, but over time—and after more interactions with the office—there are a few things I would caution you about before signing a lease. 1. Noise Issues & Lack of Support from the Office If you’re not on the third floor and you end up with bad neighbors, your life may become miserable—and the office will do nothing about it. We have a terrible upstairs neighbor who throws loud parties, does karaoke, and sometimes gets into arguments with what sounds like his roommate. He also has small kids who run around a lot, which we understand since we have kids too—but the parties are excessive. We have brought this to the office multiple times and even sent voice recordings, but their only response is to “call security.
