Montgomery Court Apartments

We really love the convenience of the location of the Montgomery Court Apartments in Narberth. It is walking distance to everything. (Train, food markets, the wonderful Narberth Theater, shopping and restaurants) We never have to move our car. Danielle the property manager is a positive, energetic property manager who consistently follows through on everything she promises. Her reliability and upbeat attitude make her a pleasure to work with. Her reliability and attitude make all the difference when an issue arises, which isn't often. We love the park like setting. It is a calming place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty that this complex offers. Glad to be here!

PLEASE SEE UPDATE REVIEW I had some issues with my apartment when I first moved in. However, I want to share that Danielle, the property manager, personally took care of everything and helped me resolve the heating issue I was experiencing. She has always been extremely kind and shows a remarkable level of empathy for others. Thanks to her attention, support, and willingness to step in, the situation improved completely. The entire team also stayed attentive to the problems I was having. I am very happy to be able to remain here and have a completely different, positive experience now.

I have lived at Montgomery Court for 12 years and love it.I moved from my old apartment to a new one at the same community.I love it here.The grounds are beautiful and I love that I can walk everywhere.My new apartment has been renovated and it’s great living here.The maintenance man Samir is always available if I need help with anything andI really like the new office manager Danielle.She has been extremely helpful in my transition to my new apartment and is lovely!I have been very happy here and Montgomery Court will be my forever home!

Have lived here 2 years. -Derek who does maintenance is the only good thing about this apartment. Currently no manager, Gail was great but she quit and was replaced by Mike who did absolutely nothing for a year. Promised he'd redo our peeling tub so we resigned, one year later tub still peeling (see pics). -Rent gets raised by $100 each year. -Washer and dryer in basement never work so $4 a load turns into $6+ which I have never been compensated for -No control over heat, so in winter our apartment is 80 degrees, and then it turns off in spring early despite it being 40 degree outside and our apartment was 58 degrees (see pics) the one morning till I called and complained. - Also some buildings are smoking buildings which they won't tell you when you sign, so we get wafts of weed and ciga

I have been here for less than a year. The old property manager was a bull artist. Sierra our new property manager is excellent and always greets with a big smile. She has a great personality and always does what she says, unless there’s an emergency. She gets things done on the property, the outdoor lighting is finally being addressed so I can feel safer walking my dog. She has controlled the landscaping and it looks much better. I would definitely recommend Sierra for being pleasant, acting immediately on a request.
