My fiance and I loved our year in Hampden Manor. Eli and Dave are incredibly nice, helpful and prompt. The apartment was very well kept and beautifully maintained. If we ever move back to Narberth, we would certainly plan to seek out a CPM property.

My wife an I lived in the Hampden Manor Apartments for 2 years and our experience there was excellent. The property is professionally managed and walking distance to the train station. Minor issues were rarely had and promptly taken care of. The building is very sturdy as well as cozy and warm in the winter. Due to brick construction of the building we slept right through Hurricane Sandy. Common areas were always very clean with a washer and drying available in the basement along with additional storage. The others tenants were very nice as is the super. Narberth is a wonderful little town and a great place to live. I highly recommend renting from The CPM Group if you intend to live in Narberth.

Location of apartment is great. Easy walking to downtown Narberth. The complex is solidly built and well maintained. Very responsive management team. Eli addresses all concerns quickly and effectively. Good neighbors. I highly recommend living here.
