As the buyer’s agent in this transaction, I appreciated her consistent communication and diligence in helping bring this deal to the finish line. We worked with Aundrea to purchase our first home. All of Monarch Realty goes above and beyond when it comes to their clients weather you are on the buying side or selling side. The advice, expertise and knowledge that this agent had was unmatched. We had a very seamless experience and we had many many questions as first time home buyers and we were met with reassurance and very responsive, and clear answers. Aundrea made sure that we were aware of all listings that met our criteria for homes we were looking at and scheduled all the showings for us and ensured we got to view them as quickly as possible given the crazy buying market we were in. You cannot go wrong with using Aundrea as your real estate agent!

Nice people but had to have them redo photos, rewrite description, correct numerous errors. When she didn't know where the well was instead of asking Colleen told people they couldn't find it. She pushed me to accept an offer even though she had another showing, and that person offered 30k more. Again, nice lady but she did a very bad job selling my house.

Colleen Zajac is incredible! We worked with her over the past six months and she made the process a breeze! And let me add, we jumped through just about every hoop there is! From covering all her bases to going the extra mile, Colleen was constantly checking in and extremely knowledgeable in the entire process. If she didn’t know an answer, she was quick to figure it out! I would recommend Monarch Realty and Colleen Zajac to everyone looking for a home! 100/10
