B&B Micro Manufacturing

In 2023, I purchased a used 2019 B&B Hoosic from the original owners and the company refuses to communicate with me regarding build specifications or refer me to local service people. Either they don’t have the paperwork (specs for all the installed appliances, materials, etc) or they really don’t care about long term customer service. I hope they have the original owners excellent customer service. That said, the Hoosic is an incredibly adorable living space. After 3 years, (and three total towing events) there are leaks at 2 of the lower window seams, the wiring to the HVAC is faulty, thermostat no longer works, and sinks were leaking (until I used plumbers tape and sealant to fix it).
