If I’m going to give a legitimate rate on living at this property I give it a 5 start rating. Clean, modern, the rates are definitely the best I’ve seen for the quality of the community and management is on point. Amanda is the person who helped me and she was so nice and informative. She’s the manager so 5 stars for her for sure !!! And her team is fantastic, very welcoming. I love giving out great reviews to places that deserve it. Great job Amanda and team !

My daughter and I went apartment hunting and fell in love with Moderno! Not only are they beautiful and fairly priced, but we felt welcome the moment we walked in. Naomi is the absolute perfect person for greeting, consulting and touring your place. She was so sweet, caring and professional! She creates such a welcoming environment for Moderno! Felt like we had a new friend!

This apartment complex has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. The management is unprofessional and openly discriminatory, making residents feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Complaints are ignored or brushed off, especially when they involve serious concerns. The building itself is poorly maintained and bug-infested, with ongoing pest problems that management refuses to properly address. Living conditions are unsanitary and stressful. Even more disturbing, I experienced inappropriate and uncomfortable behavior from a member of management KIM , which made me feel unsafe in my own home.
