Modera South Shore

Moving into Modera has been great. The team in the leasing office has been extremely nice, welcoming, and patient in answering any questions. The Maintenance Manager Joe Grilo is awesome. He is super friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating even for just the small things.

My boyfriend and I were among the first residents to move into Modera, and after living in several “luxury” apartment complexes, this one truly stands out above the rest. The building is classy, clean, and professionally managed. Greg went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and that our move-in process was completely seamless. Darien and Vana also checked in before move-in day, which made us feel genuinely supported and confident that everything was ready to go. Unlike other places we’ve lived, we never had to chase down the leasing office or leave endless voicemails — communication here is prompt and professional. We highly recommend Modera to anyone looking for a truly upscale living experience in a safe, friendly, and well-managed community.
