Modera Encore

I toured Modera Encore a few weeks ago and personally I felt the leasing staff was VERY friendly! One of the units I toured had a view of the Tampa bay skyline which was gorgeous (see photo). The units themselves are brand new so very nice, and they gave me several options to tour. Specials are crazy good right now too. Overall seems like a good opportunity to get in early on a new and upscale community!

We had a wonderful experience working with Serra during the leasing process at Modera Encore. Because we were arranging everything from out of state, the entire process was virtual, and Serra made it incredibly smooth from start to finish. She was consistently professional, responsive, and patient, taking the time to answer every question and guide us through each step with clarity. What could have been a stressful process felt easy and well organized thanks to her support. It was clear she genuinely cared about making sure everything went well for us! We’re very grateful for her help and highly recommend both Serra and the Modera Encore community.

I moved in about a month ago and everything has been great so far. The leasing team is amazing and made the process really smooth. The building is nice, my apartment is great, and the property is kept clean and well maintained. Really happy with my experience so far!

I recently moved in and have had a great experience so far. The staff has been extremely helpful, the property is clean, and everything in my unit functions properly. Move-in day went smoothly thanks to the team, and any questions I’ve had were answered quickly. Hernando and Eleanora have both been especially helpful and professional. Overall, I’m very happy living here.

We toured Modera Encore on Saturday, November 22, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The building was locked when we arrived, and the staff member showing us around seemed rushed from the start. We had an appointment as well, but she repeatedly mentioned needing to get to other tours, which made us feel like she didn’t have time for us. We specifically wanted to see the unit with the long patio, but she said she couldn’t show it and seemed impatient with our questions. The building is new, which is nice, but the units felt small with awkward, sterile layouts that didn’t feel comfortable or inviting. When I asked about the missing chairs by the pool, she gave the impression the pool wasn’t usable yet. There were also a lot of extra fees, and the reserved EV charging for $2
