I Leased a house in Foley, AL through Mobile Bay Realty. Denise was the property manager (I will leave the owners name out for privacy reasons). The house was in a nice neighborhood as described and very well taken care of. Denise was responsive to any concerns or questions and the owner was unintrusive and good to work with as well. The lease payments were easy to make (online) and there was nothing unusual about the lease agreement.
