Rockwell Place Apartments

Rockwell Place is truly a beautiful property, but what I love most is that you can feel that it’s family-owned. It’s not one of those huge property management companies where you’re just another tenant. Here, they genuinely care about the people who live in this community. Any time I’ve had an issue, it’s been fixed unbelievably fast. Everyone is so thoughtful, and the amount of care they pour into this place shows in everything. From the immaculate grounds to the fact that everything is brand new and so well maintained. There’s so much heart here. They make you feel like family, and the community events they put together are amazing. Right before Halloween, they hosted a movie night with pizza for everyone. Excellent place for families with small children. The management team is awesome to address issues promptly even after office hours. The dog park is a nice amenity to let your dog off the leash. The dog wash station is an awesome benefit of living in the community. The pool and grills are a plus for entertaining. Family oriented, pet friendly, and well managed earns this wonderful complex 5 stars!

I took a leap of faith when I decided to move to Fairhope, and it has definitely paid off. The staff (leasing, maintenance, and management) have been responsive, professional, and kind. The new development measures up to what luxury living is about. The amenities are wonderful! I love my apartment. I work from home and rely on the internet to perform my job. I was hopeful to transfer my existing internet with AT&T because I thought it would be a seamless process. I decided to reach out to Mr. Russ Reynold's fiber service that is available to the residents at Rockwell Place. ZERO complaints. He was communicative and professional. I absolutely love it here! There have been no issues of noise and everyone is super friendly. Compared to where we came from this place is amazing. We have big dogs and we love that there are poop stations all around and they even have wash stations and a great dog park for our fur babies!

Rockwell Place is TOP TIER! I moved in almost a year ago and since I’ve had all great experiences. The maintenance team is extremely reliable and knowledgeable. Allison and Mykaela have been so helpful and made this transition a breeze and are always there when you need them. I will definitely be renewing.
