My time renting with MMC Properties has been exceptional! I cannot recommend them enough between the quality property I stayed in and the attentive care from the staff.

I had an experience where a monthly rent payment was returned to the bank due to insufficient funds. This NSF payment was made by the parent of my son's previous roommate that had moved out and not been on the lease for 3 months. Apparently the parent forgot to remove their payment information from their portal, and the account they were using to make payments had been closed. Because of this error on the part of someone not even living at or associated with the property, a NSF charge was levied and I now will be unable to pay the rent each month with my bank account (since there have been 2 NSF payments on the account, the other also being due to banking issues with the other parent's account). My options for payment are now only cashier's check or credit card (with a 3% processing fee).

We’ve rented houses and apartments in Alabama, Mississippi, Virginia, and TN and MMC was by FAR the easiest and most reasonable rental company we have ever ever worked with. I cannot recommend them enough. They answered the phone with kindness every time I called, and if they didn’t know the answer to my question, they got back to me promptly. We had a couple repairs that needed to happen after moving in and their maintenance and contract workers were professional, efficient, and considerate. Once again, I’d highly recommend to anyone in the area. I never leave reviews but felt like this one is warranted. Top notch experience!

I can’t say enough great things about MMC properties. My husband and I have rented from them for about a year and they exceed all expectations. Corporate and maintenance staff are friendly and professional. All of our needs are met in a timely manner. I have personally experienced their main office busy and buzzing and they take care of all tenant issues and requests without hesitation. It’s difficult these days to find service providers with a good attitude and attentiveness when things become overwhelming but these guys have it all!

This Agency is wonderful. I am moving from another state pretty far away and they have made everything really simple for me. Everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. They gave a $500 gift card for getting accepted in January and I didn’t even can have to ask about it, they just had it ready for me when I picked up the keys to the house. I even had some small concerns on move in with the inventory and conditioning report and they are addressing that as well, with willingness. Really great experience. I will rent with them as long as I am a renter In Tennessee!
