I would think twice before renting here. Recently we discovered that we had been charged $15/month for “forced renters insurance” for the past 7 months ($105 total), even though we already had an active renters insurance policy the entire time. Our policy never lapsed. Management explained that because we didn’t re-submit proof of insurance when we renewed our lease through their compliance portal, their system automatically enrolled us in a third-party liability program and added the monthly charge. While that may technically follow their lease wording, we never received any notice or warning that there was an issue with our insurance or that we were being auto-enrolled and charged each month. Great Apartments! My wife and I love it here. It is everything we wanted in a community. They are VERY pet friendly and have friendly Holiday events. There are dog bag stations around the neighborhood to make it easier to dispose of pet waste and keep the neighborhood clean. Living at the Miro is great because there is always parking, the community and premises is always clean and neighbors here are very quiet and private, everyone keeps to themselves. The staff is amazing and the apartment is beautiful and quiet. We have washer/dryer in unit, carpet in bedrooms and hardwood (or similar) everywhere else. The bathrooms are LARGE and there is a balcony for all 2nd and 3rd floor apartments. The maintenance team, Juan and Steven, are always on point and follow up with you immediately when a

The community is so beautiful! The maintenance team does such a good job at maintaining it. Shannyn is the absolute best!!! So helpful and kind. The entire team is amazing and they truly make you feel at home. I will be recommending this community to all friends and family looking for a HOME!

We have resided at Miro for over a year now. It has been a great experience from the beginning. Shanynn at the Leasing Office made the process so smooth. She answered all our questions and assisted us with the process from start to finish. We love visiting her in the office when we can. She made us feel at home since the first meeting. Maintenance team has been awesome at completing any maintenance issues that we encountered. We will miss residing at Miro.

This apartment is truly the worst. I recently moved out, and I left the place perfectly clean with no damage at all, and I had already paid all the utility bills separately. But they still deducted almost half of my deposit for no reason. I asked for an itemized statement, but they never responded. It was really terrible. I genuinely do not recommend this apartment. There was a strong sewage smell coming from the sink, and there were so many cockroaches around the property. It was frightening. I would never recommend this place to families with kids. The management was awful as well. It was honestly the worst of the worst.
