I applied before they were built. Once they finished, they contacted me. Lisa was so helpful and super sweet. Jose, the Manager, is very informative and helpful with questions and emails about updates. I absolutely love the ambiance, the neighbors, and the festivities made for residents, not to mention the park across the street and the off-site parking, which are super convenient. It's literally close to everything. Who doesn't love a Target down the street or an In-N-Out? The location is beyond perfect, and the management group is excellent.

I was driving by this brand new property that I had been eyeing since this beginning of summer. I finally had the chance to stop by and get more details on applying. I met the property manager, he was such a gentlemen and very professional. He explained to me in detail how to go about applying and what the requirements are. I give this place 5 stars for the best customer service. The building also looks very clean and secure.

I have been applying for weeks and even had to go to this place and meet the manager in person. He's very unaccomodating, as if he owns the place. You have to be consistent and contact the higher up because they're bombarded with applicants and it depends on the manager's discretion if he likes you or not, will matter if you'll be accepted or not. I felt discriminated. If you're not their kind, don't even attempt. Hope this review will not disqualify me from the waitlist.

I was initially interested in renting at this apartment, but communications with the leasing staff have been abhorrent. I have been waiting for several weeks for a chance to tour the place. Recently, I've been getting a response saying "We'll call you back when we're done processing new tenants.", but when I ask if there will be any vacancies after those tenants, I am met with a nothingburger of a response. The overall process was also unpleasant due to the responder sounding like he was annoyed at my attempts to get a tour.
