I moved into one of their units a few months ago. During the approval process, they were fast and responsive and polite. I have a poor credit background and they were willing to look past that and consider other factors. Alexis is a great person to go thru the rental process with. Living in the unit has been great. It looked to be freshly remodeled and its comfortable and beautiful. The online portal is efficient and transparent about where your money is going. Stacy has always been quick to respond and awesome to work with every time I’ve had questions. Very glad we found this place!

I lived in Minneapolis for a few years for work and had a pretty solid experience as a tenant with these guys. The building was always kept clean, and the management team was really responsive anytime I needed something. I had some noise issues with another tenant at one point, and they handled it in a way that really helped and kept things cool between me and the other guy, which I appreciated. When the dryer in my unit broke down, they replaced it really quickly and were super nice and understanding about it. They were professional during the move in and move out (told me all the stuff I needed to know eSign most of the docs, helpful etc.), and if I ever move back to Minneapolis, I’d probably call these guys again. Minnesota Apartments LLC is by far the best property management I've rented from. Onsite property maintenance does an excellent job at tending to work orders ( same day, thus far). The property and apartment is super clean. When I moved in, the apartment was recently updated right from the carpet to the windows, appliances, bathroom. I've done residential construction/finish carpentry in the past and the quality of workmanship in this building/apartment is at an A+. I've read a few of the reviews and my experience with staff has been pleasant, timely and professional. If you're considering renting with Minnesota Apartments LLC, take it from a current resident, it will be a comfortable/cozy living experience you won't regret.
