Minikahda Court Apartments

A hidden gem in St. Louis Park! I lived here from 2017 - 2020 and was able to move back into the exact same apartment in 2023. The property is impeccable, kudos to Randy who keeps the buildings, the pool and the gorgeous flowers in hanging baskets in tip top shape. The landscaping is well taken care of. Courtney runs the office extremely well and is very accessible and professional. I have never had a maintenance issue that has not been resolved within 24 hours. My two bedroom apartment albeit small, has tons of closet space and is sunny and quiet. Its wonderful to live right on the nature preserve, way more peaceful than living on a noisy street. There is a reason there are never many apartment homes available here! It is simply a lovely place to live!

This is our second year living at Minikahda Court Apartments. There are a number of really great things to this place, but unfortunately the issues we experienced in our first year have gone largely unaddressed and have only gotten worse, making living here less enjoyable Pros: -The new property manager, Courtney Dawson, is very friendly, and has been easy to contact when I've had to reach out -A majority of the pros from the first year still apply: •Feels secluded from the city; its nice not to exit the building and be standing on a busy road •Buildings are set up in a semicircle shape, making it feel safer and like its own neighborhood •Within walking distance of a number of good stores and a short drive from the rest, being just off MN100 •The path around Bass Lake is maintained year-r

I have looked at this property a few times over the years and I did not take an apartment but I looked at a studio and it has wonderful features and the light and windows are very nice and plentiful - weather sound nice windows. Courteney Dawson is the property manager and he was wonderful to work with. He answered my message about seeking an apartment right away and I spoke with him several times and he is very professional and super nice and fun to talk with - very knowledgeable about the property and all of my questions were answered without hesitation. He's very engaging and is really the kind of person you hope for when managing a property and he's the kind of person someone would hope to hire. Very impressed. I'll keep an eye on this property and recommend to anyone I know that

I have had an amazing experience living at Minikahda Court. The apartments are in a wonderful location, close to Uptown and Lake Calhoun so there is always plenty to do. My favorite part of the location however is though we're close to the city, the community is tucked back off of Excelsior which makes it very quiet and peaceful. I've never had a problem with parking or noisy neighbors, and this is the first time I've been able to say that about any apartment I've lived in. My one bedroom unit is spacious with a renovated kitchen, hardwood floors, and plenty of closet space (all things that are very important to me). I love that the buildings are smaller with less units than your typical apartment community -- it's made it feel much cozier and it made it a breeze for me to make my space f

We are tenants at Minikahda Court and have NEVER LOVED A PLACE...like we love living here...the staff is tremendously kind and capable! I feel safe, it's well kept, and peaceful.Paul in the office is just an incredible human being. Alex and Randy the maintenance staff are also; always cordial and professional! They consistently/swiftly respond to maintenance requests and they do an amazing job...it is wonderful to be able to trust all of these nice people with my home! I'm VERY, VERY GRATEFUL. To the company that owns this place..these three are a HUGE ASSET to your business. Please let them know! 🙏
