This is my first experience of renting a home. And this is my worst experience. 1) When trying to rent an apartment, an employee of the leasing office mixed up my folder with documents with the folder of another person, as a result of which I lost the right to rent the option in the building that I liked. 2) during the first conversation I asked THREE TIMES that it was the third floor. They tried to accommodate me at the first floor constantly forgetting about my wishes. They barely found me room 1b on the third floor, but it turned out to have a surprise outside the window (more on that below) 3) Now about the surprise. Right outside my window there is a Franz bakery outlet store and warehouse. I thought - damn, great neighborhood! Fresh bread and pastries right at your fingertips! BUT. T

Unfortunately, its just another cheap apartment complex. Amenities are never open (there is no indoor basketball court btw 😮‍💨), walls are super thin, parking situation is terrible (your spot is up for grabs basically), and theres constant work being done all over and the trash and debris is just left for the residents to enjoy (got pics 🥲). Ill be moving haha.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place! The management is completely unprofessional, rude, and only cares about taking your money. I left my apartment in perfect condition, cleaner than when I moved in, yet they still charged me $800 for no reason! I emailed them multiple times, but they never responded. When I called, they were rude and dismissive, refusing to provide any real explanation. They are running a scam by overcharging tenants upon move-out. Warning: If you decide to rent here, take photos and videos before moving in, demand a clean unit, and keep all records of communication. Otherwise, they will find a way to take advantage of you. Final advice: Avoid this place at all costs! It’s not worth the headache, stress, or unfair charges.

I would like to give a shout out to Regina the property manager. She has been super kind and helpful. I enjoy living here which is why I renewed my lease with them. I appreciate the work they do and I can tell big changes has happened since the new management company came in. One thing I might add is that I did have a bad encounter with one of the resident living here at the parking lot but after we told management they were quick to give feedback. Overall nice place for a cheap price!

This apartment complex is a complete scam! The management is rude, unresponsive, and only cares about taking money from tenants. When I called, they were extremely rude and unwilling to help. They clearly make up fake charges to steal from tenants when they move out. If you’re thinking about renting here, beware! Take photos and videos before moving in, demand a clean and well-maintained unit, and keep all documentation. Otherwise, they will try to scam you too. Do yourself a favor and stay away! This place is not worth the trouble, frustration, or unfair charges.
