Cleanliness & Property Care: The property was somewhat clean, but there were many days when it smelled terrible. Management claims they enforce cleanliness by “DNA scanning” pet waste, but that was clearly not happening. A neighbor’s dog repeatedly left poop right by our patio door, and it stayed there for days without being addressed. Maintenance Issues: Maintenance was always a hassle. They were usually late, and on one occasion, after fixing our door, they left it wide open when they finished. Situations like that made us feel like attention to detail and respect for residents’ homes were not priorities. Move-Out Problems: Moving out was the worst experience of all. Even though we paid everything we owed, we were later charged an unexpected $300 bill for “final water,” “final sewer,”

I’ve had such a great experience thanks to Taylor, the property manager! She covered at my community this summer, and I also have friends who live at Silverthorne Flats where she’s been helping. She’s been so professional, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile. Taylor has made living here a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I really appreciate how present and helpful she’s been all summer. Definitely deserves recognition for all the hard work she puts into both properties!

I’m leaving an editing review. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone looking at renting. I personally had an unfortunate event happen in my apartment that lead me to feeling unsafe in the apartment and staying in a hotel and scrambling to find a new apartment to live in, while my boyfriend who was also living with me just had surgery (not ideal to recover in a hotel) Taylor, the “property manager” at Millstone was no help during this process. Many other reviews do speak to this so I will not go into further detail. Jessica, the regional manager was able to resolve issues and refund us for our stay and ensure our apartment did not have mold and was deemed safe to live in. I’ve gone to several resident events here over the summer with my friend who lives in the community, and they’ve all been so much fun! It’s such a great place with a welcoming atmosphere. The property is always kept clean and in great condition, and my friend’s apartment is super cute, modern, and really nice inside. Definitely feels like a wonderful community to be a part of!

I never leave bad reviews specially when you loved your apartment but this was truly an awful experience. Save yourself the headache of moving into this building and having to deal with the leasing office. Or *not* deal with the leasing office, since no one is ever there. I'm actually not sure what it is they do all day because no one is ever in any of the offices or at the front desk, I’ve gone 5 times and no one is there ooh but the new property manger Taylor has time to go to target since I ran in to her multiple times during office ours or she avoid her current residents specially if she knows you are moving out of the apartment since Enclave got her as the new property manger the building has gone to crap building AC didn’t work for the whole entire summer, the Building hallways are
