Mill Bridge Apartments

We have lived at Mill Bridge since 2024 and we enjoyed it at first, but now not so much. We have had issues with maintenance being done in a timely manner. As well as issues with reporting of our rent and it’s been an issue since 4 months ago when we resigned again.

Not worth it for the price especially with how many things are done very cheap inside the apartments especially under the counter tops. Don’t feel safe here anymore after the new management, Tabitha made sure everyone felt safe and this apartment has gone down hill since I’ve lived here. Very smelly like smoke and I cannot wait for my lease to end to find somewhere that makes paying 1350 worth it.

Crystal Wilson was so nice to me while I was looking for a place to live. She was very transparent and super helpful. Beautiful place on the river with amazing views

Been living here for a year and it’s very peaceful for me previous landlord has been really nice and currently landlord also has been nice . As for mantaince Shane been doing a great job Have no plm with this properties love the sound of the river

Complex is very very very toxic and extremely noisy especially on the pool side with drunks and drugs one of the worst rental experiences I've had yet . Looks beautiful because that's all the company cares about instead of fixing major issues in the management or with renters who walk freely smoking weed and acting foolishly.
