Mill 800 Apartments

Just recently moved in and everyone has been absolutely fantastic answering any questions I might have and helping me get situated. The apartment is amazing and feels huge with the massive ceilings. The exposed brick gives it such a warm feeling inside and the large windows allows for so much natural light. Located near basically everything. I truly feel like I am exactly where I am supposed to be.

Parking situation is embarrassing to have guests come over. Guest parking is a poorly lit church at the bottom of the hill. Which is very far from my apartment. While most times the lower lot has plenty of spaces to accommodate a few guests never seen it full. Meanwhile the upper lot has people parking on the sidewalk over night. On the weekends. They really need to do something about the parking policy.

Mill 800 is truly unique in the greatest way. Heather & Annie are very attentive and great at what they do- very warm and welcoming. The character & how individualized each unit in the building is what caught my eye. Would highly recommend Mill 800 over other lofts in the area. Great place to live 😎

Just moved out from Mill 800 and I gotta say the people in their leasing office are top notch. Annie especially has been extremely helpful with any matters relating to my lease or apartment. Klaus, the maintenance manager, is also very friendly and helpful. A lot of the BS games I’ve had to play with other apartment complexes don’t happen here, I was very happy with my experience.

Love living at the Mill 800. Great location and an easy trip to the main highways and PTI Airport. The only downside is the parking situation that is first come first serve.
