Milestone Custom Homes

We built a custom home with Milestone and on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, our experience was a 12! The process from A-to-Z was very consultative and the entire team at Milestone were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The house was completed about a month ago, and the end result has exceeded expectations. The quality of construction is superior and the attention to detail, especially at the end while finishing our home really made the difference. Our home is beautiful, and we are very grateful for our collaborative partnership with Milestone. The owners Jerry and Chris are wonderful people and really care about the relationships they have with their clients. In the most strongest terms possible, my family and I would recommend and endorse working with Milestone!!

We had an excellent building experience with Milestone from beginning to end. Jerry and Chris have assembled an incredible team of professionals. I see according to the reviews I am not alone with trying to get a response back from Milestone Custom Homes with no success. Sent two messages via their website a few weeks apart and also left a voicemail. Did not bother to reply, even to say they are not interested in building a 3500 sq ft house for me. No consideration for potential customers. Not a good way to do business. Found another builder and house is underway.

Building a house is insane, but they are so easy to work with and straightforward. They are great with communicating and there are no surprises in the price. And the quality is worth every penny.

This is such an amazing local company! Thank you for all you do! always hearing amazing things, went and visited their model homes! Amazing and unique!
