Used to be a nice neighorhood until the new greystar ownership drove out all the long term tenants by being difficult, unhelpful, raising rent, and lowering approval standards because we finally had enough and decided to move out when the crime spiked, just look up crimemaps or the nextdoor neighbor app and all the crime reports and neighbors sharing ring cam footage of theft and car break ins. It never used to be like this, we had zero crime for 5+ years. Now you have cars broken into, people leaving garbage on the curb when they move out. At the clubhouse they will not work with you at all on any issues and if you complain they dont care - theyre just workers for a big corporation so they really dont care if you are happy or not and just shrug it off saying theres nothing they can do. I’m very disappointed with how a toilet maintenance issue was handled and how it directly resulted in multiple inflated water bills. The issue was not addressed promptly after being reported, and during that delay my water usage increased significantly due to a problem that was clearly maintenance-related. When maintenance finally came out, the issue was not properly fixed, which caused the problem to continue — leading to another excessive water bill. As a resident, it’s extremely frustrating to be held financially responsible for increased utility charges caused by delayed and ineffective maintenance. This situation could have been avoided with timely and competent repairs, but instead it resulted in ongoing stress and out-of-pocket costs. This experience reflects poor follow-through

I would not recommend anyone to this place. They are a little deceptive. Don’t take their word on anything. If you tour, tour the exact unit you want. If you don’t you’ll show up to an apartment that looks nothing like what you were expecting. The paper you will be given says your deposit is refundable. They don’t have a time frame for how long you have to be refunded. Why? Why do you think? It’s to get one over on you. After trying to get my money back I learned you have 48 hours. Again, that’s two days. So hopefully you don’t change your mind because you will loose your money. There are a lot of bad reviews on this place. I should’ve never even toured it. We are new residents and have had a great experience so far. I am very particular about my home and space, so I went into this with a lot of questions and expectations (for the lease office). Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. We have been very impressed with how responsive they are with maintenance requests, since we did have a few small things that needed attention as soon as we moved in (nothing major). So far we really enjoy our new home and the community!
