Middlesex Crossing Apartments

Very efficient and timely maintenance service. The office staff, Ms. Rose, and maintenance were very responsive to our request. Our experience here has made pleasurable due to attentive and caring staff.

Don’t have enough good things to say about the place. For context, prior to moving in I was in a pinch of a situation, my old apartment (not Middlesex Apartments, just to be clear lol) had developed mold and I needed a new place soon. I looked around the area, and pricing here was pretty comparable, especially factoring in that (for my unit, 1bd,1ba) they cover water/sewer, and heat/gas so as a tenant you’re only responsible for electric and wifi (somewhat common I suppose but just nice to know). The better part about this apartment complex, however, is the people that manage and run it. Heather and Rose were the main two people running the leasing office and they couldn’t have been kinder. I walked in on Friday morning (08/18/23) and had an apartment with a signed lease by the afternoon.

Overall, we have had an awesome experience living at Middlesex Crossing, Billerica. The staff (Charlene and Carmen) are very friendly and nice to us. Charlene is a very nice lady, she makes every so welcomed, and we will miss her. Middlesex Crossing has plenty of parking lots and a free gym. We had a very nice view from our apartment, which was very beautiful in the fall. I got a full amount refund when we moved out. I only rate it as four stars (not five) because I noticed our monthly rent would be around $2600 if we renew the lease as 12 months (the renewal notice letter says that). However, when I checked the price for my apartment(exactly the same one)on their website, the price is $2135 for 12 month lease. Maybe I am wrong, but I feel like the apartment company would raise the pric

So many issues relating to heat and hot water. Alarms go off and are not promptly stopped. So many emails about parking spots. Just tow already.
