Long story short, awful . Always the one chasing for answers, bought a home that needs 60,000 worth of basement work because it was so overlooked or not looked at what so ever . We don't even know if our realtor came to look at our house because she wasn't with us when we did. Like so many other houses she was " busy" so never really came to look at any. Her minor inputs and personal supplies helped get our house ready to go on the market quickly. Her market knowledge and pricing enabled us to get multiple offers (over asking) in just four days. Her support did not stop once we had an accepted offer. As we were getting our belongings ready to move, she let us use the dumpster at her office which was a God-send. Truth be told, you can find someone who functionally, is a great real estate agent anywhere. And while Kim is that, she is also so much more. Kim is caring, thoughtful, dedicated, trustworthy, giving, driven, fun to be around, sincere (i.e., this is her authentic self, not a put on), full of integrity, and a shining star in the community. All of these traits are not as easy to find in one person. I've known Kim for close to 20 years. I met her when I was just some sales guy trying to convince her to advertise with me.
