A few years after inheriting a seller financed first trust deed; as the new Grantor, the Grantee stopped paying me. I was in a financial bind, so I contacted Mid Valley Title and Escrow and began working with their foreclosure official Greg Wood. Greg is knowledgeable, professional and quite personable. Amazingly, the process went smoothly and ended favorably for me while keeping good relations with the opposing party. Greg’s skills as a foreclosure official are akin to a conscientious ship captain steering a vessel safely into port after encountering rough seas.

Easy to work with and turnaround times were pretty fast. Bought a piece of land and they helped fix things when the seller had title issues, they helped clear it up so I can close escrow. Thank you Mid Valley title!

The officer I worked with was generally pleasant, but the other women in this office have a horrible attitude. -Got notified to use their online tracking system. When deadline for the title was nearing and no progress was ever updated, I called to ask if everything was okay. Was angrily told that it was going fine and that the online system isn't accurate. OK, am I at fault that your system isn't working and I checked up? -Got notified by them that a wire transfer was coming through, and that I needed to call and verify the account numbers to make sure nothing goes wrong. The lady who picked up was angry that I called and hung up before I finished reading the numbers. I was doing exactly what their notification told me to do, but was mistreated for it. Horrible customer service. Office full of rude women who are not helpful at all. If you’re a Veteran stay away from this place. You’re only important till you sign. There are far better places in town to do business with than this one.
