I recently purchased my first commercial property, and Mid-American Title was there with me every step of the way. Nicole was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. She was _very_ responsive and provided regular updates. Quite frankly I was surprised how smooth the transaction was. Very grateful and fortunate to work with them. Highly recommend!

Great experience with this title company. I was searching for an independent title company, called in - Zack was super helpful in answering basic questions for me. Dennis Fox handled my file and was so professional, answered questions quickly. He also put our mind at ease when a mistake was discovered in closing papers which meant a do-over. He was quick to rectify the situation and we still closed same day. Recommend using this title company.

I was asked to close a transaction for one of our many companies. The first meeting was fine but after that, there were too many unanswered questions, phone calls not returned and zero follow up. The title wasn't clouded, it just took a little extra effort to get all the facts. Transnation title has been incredible to work with on this transaction. Numerous unanswered phone calls and questions. My company did not have a good experience here. It took them 6 days to order the title search, they were very unresponsive and completely failed to communicate. We ended up using another company that made the process easy and painless.

Mid American title is by far the best title company I have worked with in my career. They are local and the longest existing title company around. They are very responsive and professional, and go above and beyond to make all parties happy. I have started using them exclusively due to too many errors at other title companies. I intend on using their title services for the rest of my career. I’m glad they are around, I would highly recommend them!
