Mike helped us sell our house and buy a larger home. For every decision along the way he presented clear information and always patiently worked through the process with us, never pushing us and always encouraging us to make the right decision for us. We ended up selling our house with an offer over asking price the second day on the market, he went above and beyond and actually puts in the effort to help find the right buyer. Overall, Mike made the extremely stressful process of buying and selling a home, a much more pleasant experience.

Mike was a great partner in finding our home. He listened to my wife and I and was always understanding and responsive. We ended up doing a fair bit of haggling with the seller and Mike was a good advocate and happy to be a sounding board for questions and weighing decisions. Things got hectic at the end as the seller had some issues remaining at final walkthrough, and Mike went into overdrive to keep the closing on track. A nice, reasonable, and reliable guy!

Mike was very helpful since the beginning of the buying process. This was our first time buying an investment property and Mike explained us all the pros and cons about it and made us to take the right and informed decision. He went above and beyond and came up with the excel sheet to show us the returns and expenses to give us an idea. He was willing to meet and schedule the walkthrough of the properties whenever we requested. Overall, it was really a pleasant and less stressful buying experience. Searching for a home can be one of the most stressful and overwhelming time in a persons life. I can truly say Mike made it one of the most stress free and just all around enjoyable experiences I’ve had! He is so patient, knowledgeable, and just an all around good person! He went with my girlfriend and I on numerous house viewings (some good, some I’d rather forget about lol) with a smile on his face and nothing but encouragement and positive vibes. You spend a lot of time with your realtor throughout the whole process, so why not pick someone who you enjoy being around and can give you all the information you need to make a good home buying decision!
