MHANY Management Inc. Discriminates My father who is a elderly Veteran, applied to two of their affordable housing in Brooklyn, and has either told us that they are not even going to bother to look at his application or find's an excuse not to look at his paper work. Yes they are rude, and plays with potential tenant. They should be reported to NYC HPD!

Terrible management! I’ve lived in my building since 2012. They took over the building probably about 4-5 years ago and they have ruined this building. No exterminator, they blame everyone but themselves. Maintenance department Nick is horrible. I will be calling the health department; I know my rights as a tenant and living under these conditions are a health hazard for many tenants including myself. They want rent and we want maintenance. Also apartments are always inspected but the work is never done. They sent painters who half painted the apartment and never came back. Just horrible. If it was affordable to move I would but until then I’ll be making reports to the city until they fix the issues

There’s so much to say about them. Their employees are very rude, the have no matters and no common sense. They are lazy; they never pick up the phone or return voicemails. My mother revés with them and they always give her a hard time of the smallest things. She pays her rent on time but they pick on other stuff. Their recertification process is a joke, it’s worse than applying to obtain a mortgage. I really wish I knew who to complain to because they are horrible all around, they don’t even deserve a one star. I can’t wait to move my mom out of there. They get government funding I hope they loose their contract.

all they do is take your money they don’t even provide heat to their tenants Never answer the phone Never give call back And allow their storage place to destroy the tenants stuff and Nether one is willing to compensate the tenant
