I can’t say enough great things about my experience at the Mezzo! From the moment I arrived, the team has been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and truly helpful! The leasing office crew is always a step ahead, tackling any situations that pop up in our community with lightning-fast responses. I absolutely adore Sam and the whole leasing team—they consistently go above and beyond to make everything seamless! And let’s talk about Owen and the maintenance team—they are absolute rockstars! They handle requests in 24 hours or less, and the care they show for residents is phenomenal. I’ve encountered no major issues, and even the little ones are dealt with genuine concern and attention. The Mezzo isn’t just about great service; the amenities are fantastic and the apartment homes are gorgeous!

Absolutely stunning and so welcoming! The grounds are always clean and beautifully maintained — a big shout-out to the maintenance team for keeping everything in top shape. Gerald and Sam in the office are amazing; they truly go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of and everything runs smoothly. You can really tell they care about the community and the people who live here. Highly recommend!

Lived here from 2020-2023, top floor apartment. The apartment home was a "Forte" and relatively spacious for two people, modern finishes. No issues with fleas as we did not have pets. The living room and kitchen were quiet and I could not hear our neighbors in those spaces. The bedroom walls were thinner. I could hear the neighbors attempting to make babies at night. There is an patio and attached storage unit. Parking was terrible as parking spaces were first come first serve. The construction wasn't the best as the bedroom window leaked when it rained and it took multiple weeks for Mezzo to address what ended up being an unfastened siding. The mold in the drywall was just painted over. Issues that arose took a few days to fix primarily due to there being only one maintenance associate. M

Marijuana odor easily migrates between units (poor build quality) Management admits they cannot enforce the no-smoking policy effectively. If smoke-free living is important to you, I would consider other options. For residents who smoke, this may not be an issue, as rules are not consistently enforced

Almost a year living at Mezzo and we love it! High ceiling apartment with a pond view, love having my coffee in the morning enjoying my patio! Apt complex is quite, i just LOVE it, only nature around you, far from busy streets and car noises and pollution. People complain about noise - i never had any (ANY) issues with that, only when they have parties, but who doesn't? You will be one of them neighbors too, but honestly i don't even hear our washer/dryer if you close the door, and gotta tell you they are pretty loud! lol Love the mail lockers and parcel system! Super convenient and secure! Oversize item - you will get a message and item will be delivered to your door. Gorgeous pool - sad we can't enjoy it yet due to Covid, but hopefully we will get there this summer! Staff is amazing, B
