We recently had to go through major construction and the maintenance crew has been amazing! Along with the coordination from the office staff everything came together perfectly and we’re back in our unit before expected. Thanks to everyone with maintenance and at the office. Special thanks to Angie and Sabrina for the hard work they put in everyday.

The apartment was great. They were refurbished and remodeled. The only thing I got a problem with is when you call maintenance, they take forever and a day to fix things.

Great company , fast acting and very helpful we wouldn't want to rent anywhere else truly the best !

My lease ended in February. I was not given an itemized list of damages to be deducted from my security deposit until MAY 5th!!!!!! Anyone with a brain knows they cannot wait that long or they forfeit the right to hold the deposit. Additionally, the Appfolio app which they charge rent through told me I was being charged the following, " 605$ for cat smell remove and 750$ for paint touch ups" I inquired about this WEEKLY FOR MONTHS!!! Then today I am hit with the ACTUAL itemized list of damages, and it states they are charging me $2455 to fill nail holes, clean the firdge, clean the yard, touch up paint, and now 1000$ charge for "cat smell remove", my 1100$ deposit was applied to this. They are disgusting people, I understand needing a cheap place to stay, they take advantage of that, DO NO
